I had at tooth pulled by them (Dr Wallock) a few years ago. He and his staff are, hands down, absolutely the best, kindest professionals I've ever worked with. They truly understood my fears and put me at ease. I am headed back 4 a consult for implants and another extraction. And I have a 100% confidence in them. That negative review that's online comma confidently say that there are two sides to this story, and to not let that make you shy away from this great office!
Dr W is fantastic. The whole staff was so kind. I have a huge fear/ anxiety of the dentist so I am not the easiest patient. They were very kind and understanding and held my hand (literally) through the extraction. I’d recommend this office to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
WATCH the billing that comes in the mail. Thousands of dollars were billed to my wife and I. It has taken months for them to clean up our bills with insurance. Insurance ended up picking up all of the cost associated with our procedure. Lady in charge of accounting yelled at me, as I politely asked for explanations of the bills and then hung up the phone. VERY unprofessional and act like they don't have the time to help.
