Can I give zero stars because I wish I could. The receptionist got mad at me because I canceled another appointment. Well life happens jobs get in the way, kids get sick, etc. Then she told me that I was no longer welcome to come. Like who are you? You're the receptionist. Not only that but she told me not to bring my son anymore. I didn't cancel any of his appointments. He hasn't seen anyone at this facility for years. I wanted to see a therapist in person, and the therapist was inconsistent with calling me at a certain day and time. When the therapist did call, she mentioned a policy of being vaccinated to be seen in person, yet mentions I can wear a mask and sit in front of a screen, which I did after 3 weeks of inconsistency from the therapist. The therapist calls me a week later to further discuss being vaccinated before I do a in person session and wants to know why I won't get vaccinated.
