Extremely helpful and freindly staff especially for anyone looking to buy a first car, got an automatic on finance and they helped getting the best finance and sorted out any documentation that needed done. Julie was fantastic at keeping me updated leading upto getting the car as well as showing me the car to begin with, the car got a great clean and any issues I have had after buying (Minor issues) they got fixed promtly and was done very well. Took 12 days and about as many phone calls to get my £99 refundable deposit back. Spoke to Chris each time, and each time he told me that he'd do this and call me back. He never sorted it. And never once called back. This is how you lose trust, as well as wasting a huge amount of my time and energy. Money was paid back instantly after I spoke to someone else, proving that there was no reason for this delay. I wouldn't buy a paperclip from these people.
