I called to make an appointment and they said I would have to fill out a new patient intake form in person before I can make one. I woke up early this morning planning on going over there. I show up and I asked for the form. Both receptionists lied to my face and said they are closing down their building tomorrow and that they never said that to me on the phone. Liars! Wasting my time!!!
I guess I should have read the reviews about the receptionists/front office staff before making my appt. The receptionists were beyond unprofessional. I received an automated text message reminding me of my appointment time at 2:00 that included the address location link. I clicked on the link and drove 40 minutes to an address that didn’t exist. After speaking to them about the mix up (I was 5 minutes away and would arrive there by 2:20) they told me they needed to reschedule despite the address being wrong in the automated... read more
Dr. Gais and her NP Harmony DePan are wonderful. I've always found office staff to be friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the office staff is horrible because the doctors are amazing! The women in the office are rude and never want to take the time to help you with questions. And god forbid you interrupt their lunch! Not everyone knows the whole office shuts down for the lunch break until you accidentally show up during lunch and they bite your head off! I only stay because the actual medical care is above and beyond. Hopefully some day they retire and younger more efficient staff take over.
christian lates md. is one of,if not the best dr. i have ever had. he doesn't miss anything. refers me to the best specialists. i have several serious medical conditions. i'm so glad he was taking new patients when my dr. moved away. the md's i have seen in buffalo medical group are the best. i gave a 5 star rating because of dr. lates. the receptionist when you check out to make next appt. can be rude at times. dr. lates makes up for that,so it's easily overlooked. no long wait to see dr. lates,although i would wait over 2 ... read more
