Had the absolute best time learning pottery basics and free styling some clay. Thank you, Katie!! Martha Hoey’s sculptures are beyond amazing! The atmosphere is both down-to-earth and transcendent. Will definitely return. 💙
The setting is in a tiny hamlet called Moffatt Ontario and the Centre is a lovely old stone Farmhouse. Martha Hoey has taken her mother’s artistic legacy and transformed the setting into a relaxing retreat. Individuals or groups can take part in natural healing workshops led by Martha who sees herself as a vessel of change and healing. What a beautiful event space 😍 It was the perfect setting for my Covid safe wine and paint night. The owners were so nice and accommodated our every need. They had a full menu to offer (plus homemade pickles and jams). Plenty of local art to browse. And a gift shop with the owners' own creations. The property is gorgeous at sunset so it made it easy to fall in love with. Will definitely book again!!! Twenty stars if I could.
