Sarah is absolutely amazing!!! She goes through every detail to make sure you get all your money that you have coming too. Very patient and able to answer any questions you may have! I've been using her for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ron is terrible to deal with, and his staff is rude and inept. When they told me I was getting a tiny refund because I was divorced, I was insulted and asked for my money back. I ended up using turbo tax and got a much bigger refund than what Ron's firm said I would get. Do yourself a favor and don't use ELM Tax Service.
