Love this gym and the people that go here. They got a great selection of machines/weights, and even have a reverse hyper. Super pleased with the equipment (even a heavy bag) and the fact that its 24/7. I popped in from my regular gym (FAC) because they were closed due to a storm. I was so happy that i ended my membership and decided to buy a full year here. I also go to hwy 12, and they are both exactly what i need.
Elm Springs Gym has exceeded my expectations. After years of participating in group fitness classes with predominantly female members, I was initially hesitant to join a traditional gym setting. However, the staff and fellow members have been incredibly welcoming and helpful—especially when I’ve needed assistance with equipment. It has quickly become my favorite part of the day. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the sauna is the perfect way to unwind after a workout. Lastly, Ryan is the best employee!
