Huge fan of Elm Salon! Emma is a magician in the best way possible. I came in for a cut with a vague description of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I envisioned. Emma also did a balayage for me to give transition between my grays and natural color. I hadn’t dyed my hair in 12 years prior to this so I was nervous. Dissapointed in the result. Let me say off the bat that I lost track of time and yes, was late to the appointment. However, I called and asked if I should reschedule but was told my stylist would be able to do my cut, just no wash (totally fine with me). Emma was my stylist and I showed her where I wanted my hair to END, which we both agreed was about 4 inches to be taken off. Then I said I wanted about four inches of layering. She said she understood that too, ok great. Six inches later I am really sad with how my hair look... read more
