This Pat lady manages the Elm Ridge and the M&M in Aurora, Colorado and when people pay their rent they do not get a receipt. How does that work? Any legal advice? Called a few news stations.
Lived there for a year and was harassed the whole time. Went the whole month of December without heat. Now I have to take them to court just to get my deposit back which is rightfully mine. Worst place ever
