I took my truck to ELM repair to diagnose a CEL and error code plus turbo issues. They spent 1/2 a day running diagnostics and determined that my turbo was "sticking" and would have to be replaced at $3000. The bill for the labor came to $600. I took the truck to K&S Fuel Injection in Weston and they diagnosed that the manifold pressure sensor was failed. Much less costly and actually fixed the problem
