The facilities are kept spotless which is not the case with most other car washes. I appreciate and love the Laser option for monthly subscription; I subscribed to the crazy $45 ultimate package, only because I have a new vehicle and like the protective coating it adds against the weather. Otherwise, I love the exclusivity aspect. The downside is that they lack vacuums. They should also be totally free with the subscription.
