Stay away the water bill was 200 $ a month management is a complete joke Dave Hauser doesn't care about anything
One of the tenants pulled a gun on 4 of us when we were helping one of our friend's move in. Owners of this Mobile Village also did damage to friend's trailer in the move and after having them go through the drama n hell of living here are threating to evict them during a pandemic!
