I have been using ELM Plumbing for years. Joe has always been reliable and always fixed any plumbing issues. His prices are very fair. I would definitely recommend.

We had leaky kitchen faucet in the kitchen and we activated our home warranty insurance and had this provider called in to fix it. They did not call after 4 hours so we called and they said they'll be on Monday between 11 and 1. On Monday at 2.30pm we called and they took over 5 minutes to figure out who we were and apologized saying they were stuck in a previous job, which sounded like a made-up excuse. Very curtious, on time and work around our schedule. This is 2nd time we have used Elm Plumbing (Joe) and both times we were very please with the outcome including price. He even cleans up an mess that is created by the work he's performing.
