Their work is such good quality! I had the competitor in Hewitt do my first shower and so glad I found this place to do the rest of my bathrooms! What a difference in quality and they are just fast and do such a better job!! Go here!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business. Not only did they not tell me that the glass door wasn't included with the shower, when I called about this they said "I should have known this" and that they weren't giving me a discount on the service, apologizing or making this right in any way. They further said that this wasn't something they felt like they should have to tell me. Pretty much the polar opposite of what someone would expect from a company that sells a product. The marble is beautiful, but the finish is lacking. Left holes and old caulk behind after be an initial installation that they screwed up. Still waiting on the fix 8 weeks later...
They were great. They were prompt coming to the house to measure and discuss the process. Originally told me that it would take 5 to 7 days to have the product ready. Next day they called and said it would be much earlier. The workers were prompt, kept things clean. The finished shower looks amazing and a very reasonable price also. I would highly recommend this company.
