I want to share a positive experience with this facility, especially in light of some of the changes that have taken place. It’s clear that leadership has been actively working to improve both the environment and communication. The resident floors have been fully upgraded, including new beds, furniture, and window treatments, which makes the building feel brighter, cleaner, and much more comfortable. My mother arrived on a Friday. The never did any initial assessment. Saturday morning she called me to come and clean her. She had called for someone to help her use the bathroom and they made her wait so long she soiled herself and they left her in it for hours. They took her clothes to label and never brought them back. She had diarrhea for 5 days and they never treated it.
