My mother arrived on a Friday. The never did any initial assessment. Saturday morning she called me to come and clean her. She had called for someone to help her use the bathroom and they made her wait so long she soiled herself and they left her in it for hours. They took her clothes to label and never brought them back. She had diarrhea for 5 days and they never treated it. I have had nothing but good times here the staff is so caring and amazing here the facility is just a nice place to be at I really enjoy my time here
Love the facility and how our Elders get cared for. Staff Are far beyond polite and make it a very safe and clean environment thank you to all manner for always making sure that our people are safe and cared for properly 🫶
