My best friend's grandmother is in their and they make her sit in her own feces for 20 minutes they say that they cant give any of the resdents care when it's dinner time then smacked her hand for trying to get food off her tray and her food was cold and not even done so plz if u love ur family don't put them in their they are as garbage as it sounds this nursing home needs to be shit down their floors are dirty and they don't take care of their residents at all it's not ok someone needs to call OSHA
I have no idea what is going on at this facility. My mother was sent here months ago. Her phone is ether dead or has been confiscated. Most of the time, no one answers the phone. In the rare event someone answers, they either put you on hold or just ask to call you back. If they put you on hold, then when they eventually pick the phone back up, they can’t provide answers, and then say someone will be in touch. My grandmother has been going through a tough time since Christmas Day and thankfully is in better health to receive rehabilitation. Unfortunately she has been transferred here and when I stopped in with my mother I was APPALLED. Between the lighting, run down facility and clueless staff (a nurse didn’t know the facility even HAD a social worker.) I felt like we had walked into a horror movie. My mother had to drive there on Saturday to give my Grandmother a bath herself. Because no one had been in to wash her in days. We ha... read more
The place was filthy and the staff was so deplorable. I wouldn't send my dog there.
