I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Nino Di Giovanni at Elm insurance for the past 2 to 3 years for my home and auto insurance. Nino and the team at elm insurance have always taken the time to explain certain dynamics of my insurance. I always know if bad things do happen, that I’m covered with my home and auto. I have been dealing with Rose Laurin and Naz Perta at Elm Insurance and I would not recommend this brokerage. Earlier this year I reached out to Rose to provide new banking information for my account, she failed to tell me that due to the timing my regular monthly payment wouldn't go through. This resulted in me receiving 3 letters by certified mail stating my insurance was going to be cancelled with three separate amounts that I was told I would have to pay to reinstate it.
