Haven't lived here but just talking on the phone with the person it seems kind of ridiculous that you have to pay fee everything might as well just like throw away your money

Both Matilda and Evilyn should not be working there. I moved in with my other half both filling out the same paperwork. All the rent checks came from my account yet any time i had a problem they said I was not on the lease as a renter but as a co renter. They are very bias to certain people. Allowing people to get away with things they did not allow from others. Glad I no longer live in this park.
