Coach Versace provides the excellent training I have been looking for. A friend recommended him to me and I couldn't be more thankful. Coach Versace assessed our posture, daily habit, activities and BMI to ensure that each workout plan is customised and one of a kind - training weak muscles and joints that are usually less used from our habit. I could say I rarely/never trained before, but Coach Versace has given me the opportunity to shine! He helped me with my posture, movement, and the way I was doing the exercises. He assessed my body posture at the start in order to give me the right type of exercises. Then, he provided me with a set of meal plan to help with my diet. All of the exercises have changed my body posture, get into shape, and improved my confidence and mindset. I am happy with the transformation and outcome that I have achieved.
