Do not rent from these people. I currently have no a/c. They let me move into a home with a 25 year old system and it has never worked! When they have been told that it is beyond repair. They refuse and makes excuses. I’ve contacted an attorney. Run the other way. Slum lord at it finest

Told me I didn’t qualify because I had eviction record(s) when I’ve never been evicted in my life. Pretty sure they’re racist and looking for a certain type of skin color to rent to…. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them.

You raise the rent on tenants 1 month before their lease renewal (and in a time such as this) Your Maintenance is incapable of doing anything properly,we have to fix things ourselves because you've proven yourselves incapable of hiring qualified Staff. You wait until after a tenant moves in to tell them you will not fix fireplace. You claim your houses are clean for move in,I'd be SCARED to come inside your owners house and see what they think is clean. Companies like yours are ruining this City and this Country.
