Our family has been under the care of Elm Family Dentistry for 20 years. We are continuously impressed with the level of care we receive. From the moment we walk in the door we are greeted with a friendly welcome. We are seen on time and often my children receive their cleaning at the same time so they are done at the same time. Today was my visit with Andrea, she was so funny. And very professional in her advice. she showed me their newest machine and now it can help better track my dental health. Wish I could give more stars. My hygienist Lisa was incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, checked in with my comfort level multiple times and was very sensitive toward dental anxiety. Dr. Cole was wonderfully professional, heard my concerns, and took time to discuss and answer all of my questions. I walked in with apprehension after leaving an old practice and left feeling prioritized, comfortable, and actually looking forward to working with my dental team for once! Fantastic team at the front as well - highly recommend!
Dr. Cole, Carli, Julie, Allie and all the staff are excellent. Cole is straightforward and honest. The procedures are excellent and reasonably priced. They accept cash patients, which is nice because most dental insurances do not cover anything except for a once a year cleaning so it's pointless to pay for dental insurance. My fiance Jeff had great experiences with them and helped me get over my fear of dentistry and take the big step to get my teeth checked out.
