Outspoken and Needlessly Rude Customer Service! – Two weeks ago, I purchased some galvanized wire to hang a wreath; three rolls at $3.99 each. The wire was not needed so I returned to the Elm Electric & Hardware Co. to return my purchase. I was told that a cash refund would not be granted. When I told the owner I would shop elsewhere, he told me, "I can kill myself too". I am not one to usually complain about poor customer service, this behavior is however unexcusable.
