I have been here for 5 and half years and the managers have bullied me and they pick favorites and they won't evict Sarah Steinmetz for threatening to kill me and she keeps stalking me and on 6-16-2026 I went to talk to Stacy about checking my camera because I don't feel safe and she bullied me and she tried to evict me for the review I put on here and for smoking hemp off the property and possing it when I don't smoke it on the property but she tried to unlawfully evict me
These managers Stacy and Natasha have bullied me and they are letting a woman who has been evicted from here 2 times her name is Reva Thomas and they didn't evict a woman named Sarah after she threatened to kill me and is stalking me. They don't evict the right people. They pick favorites. They belong in school working because that's how they run this place and they allow drugs because they don't evict people who are using drugs.
Not horrible, friendly staff, most things are fixed within a few days or so, the biggest complaint I have is the windows,they are drafty in the winter time and frost up on the inside, the door is drafty in the winter and the seal around the door is no good, let's air in during the winter,yes the hallway is heated of course, need to do something about it, the seal around the door and tighten them up, I've been here 2 and a half years, thinking about moving back to Janesville, pretty quiet most of the time tho.
