I recently moved into a building developed by ELM Developments, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the construction. Although there were some delays in the completion of the project due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ELM managed to navigate these challenges effectively. The attention to detail and the overall craftsmanship of the building are evident in every corner. I highly recommend ELM for their dedication and the excellent outcome they have delivered.
Worst!! Bought a unit in Seapoint building and besides from the fact that they upgraded the standard package so we had to pay for it, they damaged one of the cupboard and after two years of chasing them to fix it, they finally said it’s no longer covered under warranty!!
Purchased our home from Elm Developments in Wasaga. Could not be more impressed with the craftsmanship of our home! From our initial purchase, to choosing decor and moving in, every single person we were in contact with at Elm were phenomenal and so helpful!! If we had to purchase another home, we would not hesitate to purchase from Elm Development!!!
