Elm developments is a joke!! Their a bunch of crooks. First and LAST time I will be buying from them. They sell this great idea with promises of steps away from a golf course walking distance to shops to increase property value we’ve been here 3 years and all I see from my window is a pile of dirt. In the first year we’ve had leaking roof (aren’t the guaranteed for 25 years) my ensuite still has no hot water in the sink. People who painted our garage doors somehow sealed the door to the ground we had to break the garage door... read more
