Elm developments is a joke!! We’ve been there a year we’ve had leaking roof (aren’t the guaranteed for 25 years) my ensuite still has no hot water in the sink. People who painted our garage doors somehow sealed the door to the ground we had to break the garage door lock to get in A JOKE!!!!
I recently moved into a building developed by ELM Developments, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the construction. Although there were some delays in the completion of the project due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ELM managed to navigate these challenges effectively. The attention to detail and the overall craftsmanship of the building are evident in every corner. I highly recommend ELM for their dedication and the excellent outcome they have delivered.
Worst!! Bought a unit in Seapoint building and besides from the fact that they upgraded the standard package so we had to pay for it, they damaged one of the cupboard and after two years of chasing them to fix it, they finally said it’s no longer covered under warranty!!
