I called first thing this morning to see the doctor because I have an infection starting in my gums, receptionist said the doctor was in but was fully booked and would not be able to see me for a couple weeks. I have been going to this dental clinic for 15 years, this to me shows a complete lack of care and concern for their patients. I now have to go to the hospital emergency, and find a new dentist.

Had a horrible experience with Elm Dental. On November 4th, 2020 at 4:10 pm my wife was going to have a denture made by the dentist at Elm Dental. We only had one appointment with him and after my wife left the appointment and got into the car, she broke out in tears from the pain the dentist caused her. She told me she did not want to go back to him. Her mouth was bloody from the procedure. She cried all the way home because her mouth hurt so much. I think I should share my experience..I had a very sore tooth. I needed a tooth extracted and they made it as painless as possible considering the condition The tooth was in and they did it immediately. I feel so much better! The staff at Elm dental were so accomodating. From the receptionist Clare...to the dental assistant and the Dr. All were very professional. At my time of need...they really came through!
