The store was clean and I was greeted immediately. I found what I was looking for but the price was a bit more than I wanted to spend. They worked with me to put it in my range and I was scheduled for a week later. The delivery went smoothly until one piece was too big for my space. One call to the store and the return was approved and a credit was given. I was pleasantly surprised with that and my whole experience.

What a wonderful furniture store this is! And exceptional customer service on top of that!! We were pleasantly surprised at the no pressure, great options and helpful nature of men who helped us find exactly what we needed at fantastic prices. It reminds me of furniture stores back in the day, where they seem to care about making you happy. From now on, ALL my home furnishings will be purchased at Elm and Co Furniture.
