Terrible customer service.Every time you call this guy or go in there and ask for a part. This guy says oh no we don't have it.It doesn't even bother looking for it. Better off going to chuck and eddies

I called Elm City Auto Wrecking at 9:00 am about picking up and junking my broken vehicle. They came to get the vehicle and gave me a fair price less than 2 hours later. Made a stressful situation much easier and more pleasant! Would definitely utilize them again.

I do not usually give reviews but this time I will after how disrespected I was. I asked to be called ahead of time when they were on their way to pick up a car. No one called me so I called them twice around noon No answer someone showed up calling from a Massachusetts number later on in the day around 2 when I was no longer home I reached out again around 4 to see if we can reschedule for the next day They said they would call me the next day first thing in the morning again no phone calls so I called them. I called Elm City Auto Wrecking On April 27th 2023 spoke with Brian to get a quote on selling our Vw Passat and on top of him being polite and professional he came back with a Very reasonable cash offer that I agreed to and had a immediate service to pick up the car and the driver came with in an hour to flat bed it away.I would highly recommend Elm City to anyone that wants a reasonable offer and not a ridiculous low ball offer just be sure you Catalytic Converter is intact on your vehicle and you should be good to go.
