Honest and awesome to deal with. They helped me out in a pinch and had me back on the road way quicker than I expected. Very appreciative of the service I received there. If I lived nearby they'd have all my business!
I have received top tier and speedy work on my vehicle every time I come here. These guys do not skimp out on parts and are very reasonable with labour times. In a world where everything is getting expensive these guys are worth every penny!!!
Took my SUV in for spark plugs replacement. I had purchased the plugs at Adams as he was originally going to do the job. I was told when I booked my appointment that I could bring them. Which I did. When I picked the vehicle up I was charged for a full set of plugs. They had forgotten I'd brought them so put in their own plugs and charged me almost 3x what I'd paid Adam for. They lowered the bill by $50. That's it! I paid Adam $14 per plugs and they wanted over $35. I won't be going back.
I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but I’ve been appalled at the service at Elm’s. I commute to Roblin for work so if I have problems with my vehicle while in town I can’t always go to my regular mechanic back home so I work with local companies in Roblin. And I’ve had a string of bad luck this last year. In summer I was quoted $200 for an alternator replacement which ended up costing me $1,200, and they put in 3 faulty thermostats in a row and charged me every time.
