They charged my card $183 more than they should have. I’ve contacted them multiple times and no response. Take your money elsewhere…. their customer service is non existent and no one knows how to use their payment app correctly. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Well, got a gift card for Christmas and today I thought what heck I’ve been having some neck and back issues so I booked an appointment for 5pm. Got there 30 minutes early and the door was locked so I’d said maybe they’ll show up closer to the appointment time. Nope, I was clearly mistaken as I spend 35 minutes waiting for no one to show up. I was excited to try this new spa as it's close to home. I need an appointment online several days beforehand and had that confirmed. When I showed up for my massage at noon yesterday no one was there and the door was locked. I knocked several times and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. The phone number for the business goes directly to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I have emailed and still no response. Incredibly disappointing.
Paid the $50 deposit and paid for the massage and they never returned my deposit for showing up for the appointment. I’ve tried calling them and they never answer or their voicemail is full. I even went in and the worker tried calling the owner and he doesn’t answer. Not really sure what else to do but make others aware of their unprofessional business practices.
I considered myself a loyal customer up until my most recent experience. This place it is a joke now, so unprofessional. AVOID! They don’t show up on time. They don’t even know when someone has a pre-booked appt when they do show up. And WATCH YOUR HOLD DEPOSIT. They texted I was a “no show” after making my scheduled appointment when the masseuse was 20 min late and gave me a subpar massage.
