I considered myself a loyal customer up until my most recent experience. This place it is a joke now, so unprofessional. AVOID! They don’t show up on time. They don’t even know when someone has a pre-booked appt when they do show up. And WATCH YOUR HOLD DEPOSIT. They texted I was a “no show” after making my scheduled appointment when the masseuse was 20 min late and gave me a subpar massage. Elm Aromatherapy gave me one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The massage was unprofessional, and I left feeling disappointed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Overcharged and begged for a tip. Never returning.
This place is a joke. This is the third time I’ve made an appointment here, and every single time they’ve failed to schedule it correctly. Communication is also extremely difficult because none of the employees speak English, so you have to rely on a translation app just to have a conversation.
