Terrible. When they actually show up on time they miss the power line by 6 feet. The delays and mistakes are costing my clients and myself money.

Management yells & insults workers. Workers do the best they can under suspicious, reactive, sexist upper management. Low pay, but lots of overtime while building boom lasts.
