I found Elly’s Hair Design sixteen years ago while driving in Scottsdale. The door said something about European trained hair stylist. I immediately parked the car to check it out. I know that hair stylists in Europe are thoroughly trained and highly skilled – I grew up there. I got my first appointment and have been a steady customer ever since.
