Elly Nesis WILL keep 100% of your security deposit, regardless of condition of the apartment after you move out. They made a claim on us for needing to "paint the entire apartment" for $1400 after we moved out, in addition to multiple other charges, when we did not paint anywhere or damage any walls. We hung a few pictures - standard wear and tear - and their painting charge was in addition to a charge to "paint the stair railing" and to "patch apartment walls" for another several hundred dollars.
