Made an appointment yesterday and paid the fee to get an appointment scheduled for 4 -7 today. Just received a phone call at 3:00 pm cancelling my appointment due to "the person in the area doesn't work on refrigerators". Shouldn't they have known this yesterday? They didn't even try to reschedule an appointment with me.
Our dishwasher was repaired by Andrew, and he did a fantastic job. He was incredibly educated and quickly recognized the problem. The cost was quite affordable. We admired his attention to detail in the house, where he wore a mask, gloves, and booties. I chose to call him because of the great reviews on this site, and I'm glad I did. I would highly recommend him and will contact him again if I have any future problems.
