Had a consultation with this guy and he definitely had a personal bias against certain clients. He claimed that majority of his clients are white. And using a unclear personal and biased reason to refuse the service.. if you can't provide the service do not show that on your website. Wasting time for sure
I’m Disappointed with the treatment !!! Not worth the money. Never going back.
I came in for a lip filler consultation ready, informed, and fully prepared — only to be declined treatment. I wasn’t asking for anything extreme. I simply wanted a subtle enhancement and trusted this clinic to handle it professionally. Clearly, that was a mistake. Dr Woo made a judgment and turned me away with vague reasoning that felt more like personal bias than medical expertise. This has happened Twice now and has been an absolute waste of time. Absolutely do not recommend.
Been seeing dr mark for years to treat my teeth grinding with masseter botox and always felt well taken care of with great results. He goes above and beyond and is a true doctor, once helping me with a skin condition that wasn't related to the Botox at all, which saved my vacation photos. Clinic is clean and professional and he doesn't cut corners. Highly recommended.
I had decent experiences here until I got Masseter Botox. I was told for a matter of fact my smile wouldn’t be affected and my smile has changed and loomed weird. It’s been about 3 months. I haven’t been back here and won’t recommend this place.
