Great place to work.
Worked for Ellume in the East Brisbane office, absolutely horrible place/team to work in. Terrible management (in specific teams) and useless HR staff who do nothing to advocate for employees. The company protects bullies and lazy people whilst pushing out hard workers who are committed to quality. Ellume is a great company at the forefront of medical diagnostics. They truly care about making a difference and helping their patients / users.
I have worked at two Ellume sites since late 2020. Management are supportive and encouraging and the work is varied and interesting. I would recommend working at Ellume for the friendly team culture making it an enjoyable workplace.
