Update: My mower has been repaired by another repair service. Several issues were found. Some as simple as the fuel filter installed backwards! The fuel pump installed wasn't adequate and a new one has been replaced along with some new wiring. There was nothing wrong with any of the 3 batteries they all tested good. So far so good, I'm back to mowing!! It starts right up and gas is pumping as it should. The problem was the gas wasn't pumping adequately to the fuel pump and therefore the carburetor and once it lost its prime ... read more
Wow!!!! I am impressed!!! Candace is professional and efficent with managing the scheduling, ordering and billing. Then when Tim rolled in with his rig, I was blown away! I did not expect a shop on wheels! He is such a nice guy and an Army VETERAN, which he displays proudly! He took my mower and weedeater to his rig and worked on them, quickly repairing the mower. Tim is so great! He had come out to look at my lawn mower and now it’s in tip top shape! Not to mention, he is so friendly and kind! If you need your lawn mower fixed, Tim is your guy!
Tim is a very personable guy but the repair services are lacking. Last season I couldnt get my mower to start. He said the battery was bad so I purchased one at RK. It still had trouble starting and sputtering when I did get it started after jumping it and adding starting fluid. I Thought the new battery was a bad one so I purchased another one at a different location, but the same thing, it wouldn't start, it acted like it wasn't getting gas.
