Motorhome broke down while towing my crv. Wound up with both vehicles needing to be towed as lost a CV axle on the drive down in crv. That bill was WAY less than I expected it to be. This was a Saturday. The owner searched for me a radiator for my motorhome in his inventory but came up empty then spent hours on the phone locating one for me. Bad communication, here in this shop people are too bad at communication, I even didn`t say something, just because of little bit background noise they didn`t let me talk and drop off phone, don`t advise them, noise is natural they didn`t consider that
