Ellsworth Service Center My 17-year-old son’s truck broke down on I-70 on December 26th and was towed here through our insurance. I was told they would look at it the middle of the next week, which I understood due to the holiday. Motorhome broke down while towing my crv. Wound up with both vehicles needing to be towed as lost a CV axle on the drive down in crv. That bill was WAY less than I expected it to be. This was a Saturday. The owner searched for me a radiator for my motorhome in his inventory but came up empty then spent hours on the phone locating one for me. Very poor service. My son's truck sat there for over 2 weeks after they towed it there. They keep putting us off on looking at it. We ended up picking it up on a trailer and their staff never came to see who was taking the truck. Customer Beware.
This place was literally a godsend after having our engine seize up near the end of our trip from Florida to Colorado. They were all so kind and helpful! They came and towed us very quickly while also helping me, my husband, our 3 kids and our lizard get safely to a hotel. They helped us with our broken car, our U-haul trailer and helped us get a ride all the way to the U-haul in Lyons, that had the truck we needed. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. My family and I are eternally grateful! ❤️
