We own a fifth wheel and our kitchen faucet began to leak so we had to shut our water off to our entire rig. I called them on a Saturday morning and was informed that the technician named Bernie would be there in a few hours and would call an hour before he came, which is just what he did. He was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new kitchen faucet. He went out and purchased one for us and installed it and also installed shut offs underneath the sink.
