got rip off I was very disapointed. I got my unit august 2009 and had the service contract. My unit stop having heat sat nov 6th 2010 I had them come over. They found 2 parts bad in the unit. I had to pay $193.95 I was very shock as it was in their brand new unit. I was 2 months pass my year as for labor cost. So I had to pay what a rip off. Love this vendor! Ellsworth installed the A/C in our new home. When we called them to complain that the master suite did not cool as well as the rest of the house they immediately came out, diagnosed the problem as insufficient return air ducts, installed new ducts (which solved the problem) all at no cost! They are very professional, timely and effective.
