3/6/2026 Went to ER with sever "hip" pain; no obvious reason for it. J. Johnson, APRN; D. Davis, RN; and A. Schmidt, CNA evaluated and treated me with IV acetaminophen & Robaxin--instant relief. They were a wonderful team. Referral to Salina was made to confirm no DVT. Salina Dx: neg for DVT, "possible had hip pain versus sciatic back pain." Predisone & cyclobenzaprine were "were like magic cures." 24 hours later, no pain!! Thank your for seeing and treating me. Gratefully, M. Myers
