Very poor service. The pharmacy has decided to return to the policy of the patient having to call in to talk to a pharmacist in order to “activate “ a new prescription that has been sent electronically by a provider. This results in clogging up the system. The average wait time just to activate your prescription is 45 minutes!!! Whoever’s in command needs to take immediate action. For a military pharmacy that serves not just Air Force service members but also service members surrounding the base, this facility is terrible. We have to plan a whole day to drive out and pick up a script. They are soooo slow. Figure out a way to increase efficiency!
