Really disappointed with this company, would not recommend to anyone - went to pick up a day before the wedding and no one was there/answering the phone/emails? Very unprofessional. Then they tried to pin it on us for only signing their contract the day of - but then mistakenly only sent me an invoice to sign before? and I sent the money a few days before too. They then asked us to come back and pick it up, and to make sure to do it before sunset… as if the day before the wedding isn't hectic enough. Oh and also they slip in... read more
I truly can’t express enough gratitude for the team at Ellssi. I had originally inquired solely for decor rental, however, after my first meeting with Sarah it felt like I was in the safe hands of a fairy godmother and knew I wanted her and the team to oversee the entire day.
