Angelo and his crew member showed up at 8am without any previous communication to install a light fixture. I stepped away briefly while they were bringing in their 10ft ladder, and noticed a large scuff mark on the wall. I asked him twice about it, but Angelo was dishonest about not being responsible for the mark. After they left, I confirmed with my wife that it was a new mark, and also saw they scratched our door trim as well.
Tom was so thorough and clearly knew his stuff! Excellent quality and professionalism. Tom and his team were personable, and explained everything! We were very impressed! They went above and beyond!
Tom has helped us immeasurably with quirks in our new-to-us old house, from recognizing potential problems ahead of time to fixing things beautifully yet as economically as possible, to referring us to trusted vendors and craftsmen for work outside his scope of practice.
