Awful experience with hairdresser Judy. My friends noticed that my hair color didn’t look like the inspiration photo I have shown the hairdresser. When returning, to have my color re-toned after 1 week, she argued with me that my hair has faded and that it was my fault the color turned out that way even though it’s only been 1 week? Renu is amazing! Takes her time and delivers perfectly. My eyebrows have never been better, and the waxing is excellent too!
I came to know after my hair cut and after paying her with decent tips that she charged me more than what she is charging for other client. When I asked her cost of hair cutting and other services [like hair colors] when I visited her, she was little hesistant about telling me cost; she thought I do not know so she quoted me very high. She quoted me 75$ for hair cutting and then charged me 78$ + plus I gave 10$ tip and I came to know later on that she overcharged me compared to other customers which I felt unprofessional.
