I had a great experience at Ello Pretty today. The salon is in a great location with a large parking lot with free parking across the street, which is ideal when going anywhere in the city. The salon is beautiful, modern, and has a luxurious feel to it. My stylist Dani was amazing. I explained to her what my goals were and she heard every word, and executed it perfectly. My hair came out exactly how I envisioned it and I couldn’t be happier. I will most definitely be back. Thank you, Dani!
I had the worst experience with that salon, I’ll be traumatized for a very long period, If you have curly hair don’t go there they lost almost three hours of my time for no service and I had to pay 50 for a test I didn’t ask for…So I ended up with my hair being cut in some areas for a test I didn’t ask for which I agreed because I thought that will help with the service in the end that I didn’t receive, I pay 50 bucks and lost 3 hours, all of that for absolutely nothing…
