Friendly and reliable
Elliot came to service our LPG boiler and was very efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and gave us confidence that he had done a good job, defo ask him again next year. Debbie and Mark, Penpont.
I asked Elliot to install a Hive smart thermostat on my combo boiler. The price was agreed and Elliot arrived as scheduled. I initially thought that the job would take an hour or so. After 3 hours he indicated that he couldn't do it as he didn't understand the boiler. He didn't accept any payment which was fine. About 4.45 in the day I noticed that the heating hadn't come on, and that there was no hot water. I contacted Elliot with the error code indicated on the unit.
