Would not use anyone else for my engineering needs.
Rather a ripoff for the work performed. We had problems with our foundation after he didn't catch that a portion next to our garage door was not originally load bearing and so the drawing put weight on it. The second time around to fix the problem, he spent 30 mins for a on-site consultation but still charged $500 for a site visit + $50 admin fee + a ridiculous $20 for car mileage. The gall to charge $20 for mileage when you're already making out really well for 30 mins of work is a real kicker.
