I lived in a rental property managed by Ellison for two years from 2023 to 2025. I was thoroughly unimpressed by this company, their management practices, and the director Ruth Ellison. They were frequently unresponsive to my emails, failed to action maintenance requests on the communal laundry machines which left our household walking to the laundromat for three months, and reneged on an agreement that I could plant a small vegetable garden on the property after the garden had been established. I rented a residential property through Ellison's for close to 7 years; only vacating due to the owner selling. Great deal estate agency, with excellent communication from staff for the most part. It's hard to find many/if any faults within my tenancy. Easy ingoing and outgoing transitions. No major issues at all, and very flexible around COVID + having a baby in regards to inspections. Would rent through them again, without a doubt. Great agency.

worst property management ever I would recommencement everyone else over this horrible company. don't return phone calls. make claims that you don't pay your bills when you are in advance. they are extremely unprofessional
