I highly recommend them.We have ordered this cake on several occasions and it was a HUGE hit at every occasion. I specifically requested one for my 50th birthday, it was beautiful! The worst cake ever!!!!!!!!!! All my little girl wanted for her birthday was a Hannah Montana cake. So I called Ellison's and to my surprise she said that she could do it. So I went in and ordered the cake and and when I went to pick the cake up it was not what we talked about. I did not say anything at the time thinking for $65.00 this cake would be out of this world. It was awful, it was very waxy and had no taste at all. Everyone at my child's party took one bite and threw it away. What a waste of money.So save your money... read more
Best cakes, best prices!!! We had them make our wedding cake and it was great. You can't go wrong witht his bakery. They beat everybody's prices, and delivered promptly the day of the wedding./ We did not have one complaint about Ellison! Every wedding I go to now, I realize just how much better was our cake!!!!!

I recommend this cake shop to everyone! You simply cant beat the quality. The owner is the sister of the original owner of Cakes by Shirley, and their recipes cant be touched! Try the stawberry cake with cream cheese icing, or the italian cream...both are delicious!
