I've lived at The Ellison for the last 4 years. The apartments, staff, location, and amenities are wonderful. The apartments are beautifully updated. The staff are incredible - informative, friendly, and always willing to provide top service. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively. The downtown location is phenomenal. Amenities include a high end fitness center and beautiful pool and deck area. I recently bought a place, which is the only reason I'm leaving. I will miss calling the Ellison home!
Avani gave an absolute stellar tour. I went in not completely sure about the building/location, but she excitedly shared so much information with me. I can see how alive and social this building is because of her presence. I enjoyed the experience and conversation. The environment seemed so friendly and social, perfect spot to make new friends and get to know your neighbors.
We recently moved in to the apartment. It was a smooth experience. The application process was amazing and Avani was always paying attention and helping us with any question or any doubt we might have had, we are truly grateful for all the help and the openness to resolve any issues as we continue to move in and start our life in the area.
Great apartment with so many wonderful amenities; pool, workout room, game room, party room, etc. Avani takes a sincere interest in her residents and made our family feel at home from the first moment. It is clear that she really cares. Highly recommend!
Great experience living here! Haven’t needed to put in any maintenance requests after some initial requests when first moving in, and those requests were taken care of quick!
