We originally applied for the Ellison at the start of December based on the stellar reviews here. Unfortunately they were bought out shortly before we applied, so we had to apply a couple of times, and some of the employees at the office were constantly losing our information we sent. It was such a hassle. The Ellison is in a great location. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Jessica and Deborah helped me at the start with getting approval and made sure my move into the building was easy. They both are super kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the building. Paul was very helpful with the maintenance walk through and help me with all my heavy deliveries. The common areas are very nice and well maintained. The staff here are incredible, this whole process was easy and fun.
I just want to say Jessica is the best, my husband needed to relocate due to his new job in Des planes, and we went over to Ellison, the installation is beautiful, great amenities Jessica is very welcoming she show us the unit and amenities, was always following up with us giving us the best deal, we feel so lucky and existed can't wait to move! Thank you Jessica!
I relocated from out of state. Jessica was very helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I would recommend Ellison to anyone who is looking for a great apartment.
