I had an excellent experience buying a backhoe from Ellis Equipment Company.Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and guided me through every step.The equipment was in great condition and exactly as described.Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality heavy machinery and top-notch service!
The Sales and Service Staff are great. I always send my Kubota tractors to their service department for maintenance and repairs. They do a great job.
Update 7/7/25 ** I received a phone call and an email from the head service manager, Lucio. He was very apologetic and refunded the extra payment and is making it right. He is having a meeting with his guys and addressing the issue so that it doesn't happen again. I appreciate the response and effort put into making this right. Do not trust them with your tractor. I have had nothing but issues. Dropped my tractor off for service in June for standard upkeep and to have the gas gage fixed. 2 weeks later, we went and picked it... read more
Do not trust them with your tractor. I have had nothing but issues. Dropped my tractor off for service in June for standard upkeep and to have the gas gage fixed. 2 weeks later, we went and picked it up only to find out they put the wrong size blades on the mower deck. I had 1 1/2 to 2 inch gap between blades when mowing. Brought it back down and had them changed out. Was apologized to and informed the head service guy was out the week prior due to sickness. Ok. Not a business attitude, bill prior to receiving the part into inventory, then upon not having the ability to deliver the part, issue a refund less then the amount on the original invoice, also snotty response when called out.
